Blanks DTS Studio

Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

In short: your artwork never leaves your computer. We only collect the data we need to sell you the license, deliver it, issue invoices and reply to you. We don't do targeted advertising and we don't sell data to anyone.

1. Data controller

BLANKS S.R.L., registered office at Via Emanuele Messineo 1, 41049 Sassuolo (MO), Italy, VAT number IT04221340369, certified email (PEC) [email protected]. For any privacy request write to [email protected]. Blanks has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO).

2. What data we process and why

3. Legal basis

We don't use your data for advertising. If one day we want to send you a newsletter, we'll ask you first.

4. Who we share it with

We use these providers, who process data on behalf of Blanks or, for payments, also as independent controllers:

Some providers are based in the United States or transfer data there. In these cases transfers take place with the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep it

dtsstudio.it uses no cookies, neither for profiling nor for statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics visit statistics work without cookies. The website and DTS Studio store in your browser (localStorage) only your license code, so you don't have to enter it every time, and the language you chose. They stay on your computer and you can delete them at any time from your browser settings.

The payment page is run by Stripe on its own domain and uses the technical cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention, as explained in Stripe's privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, receive it in a readable format or object to its processing (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month. Some data, such as invoices, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete it.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we publish the new version here with the updated date.
